Participants are given two hours to write a research-based essay – with citations – using an essay prompt and two (2) or more sources provided onsite. The essay must include insightful thoughts about the current technological topic presented in the prompt.

Using the challenge topic, and the above sources, students will write their essay, including their bibliography, just as they would during the actual event in March. Save as 1 multi-page pdf file.
Students will compete in a two hour onsite challenge.
Students will need to bring a laptop that can connect to the Internet for uploading their completed essay. Students may bring a power cord for this event.
