Biotechnology Design (TEAM 2-6)

Participants select a contemporary biotechnology problem that addresses the annual theme and demonstrates an understanding of the topic through documented research, the development of a solution, a display (including an optional model or prototype), and an effective multimedia presentation.

2024-2025: Tissue Engineering. Tissue Engineering is a biomedical engineering discipline that uses a combination of cells, engineering, materials methods, and suitable biochemical and physicochemical factors to restore, maintain, improve, or replace different types of biological tissues.

General Rules

Early Submission:

Students will need their Participant ID number, and password, from their advisor. Only the team captain will be able to upload the file.

Students should submit completed portfolio as a pdf file.

States & Nationals

Students will submit their portfolio and display on first evening.

Semifinalist list will be posted second day afternoon,

semifinalist presentations will take place second day afternoon/evening.
